COTTAGE RENT RULES

The cottage can only be rented as a whole, not by individual rooms. The maximum allowed is  25 people. With a higher number of people, there may be a problem with water due to an insufficient well and a problem with the water purifier. 

We do not allow our guests to organize weddings at our place with respect to the neighbors and the need to observe night silence. Celebrations inside the building, the usual bustle in the garden and singing by the fire should be fine. 

The entire building is non-smoking. 

Reservation of accommodation is subject to payment of a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total price for accommodation. By paying a deposit of 50% of the total price for accommodation, you agree to the general terms and conditions listed below.

The building can only be rented for a maximum of 25 people.

 

Prices are stated with VAT.

Parking is possible in winter and summer for 9 cars on the cottage property.

We love animals, but...

- your pets are prohibited from entering the attic, which we protect for allergy sufferers. 

- animals should not be left alone, due to damaging the door by scratching and biting things out of boredom.

The rent price includes

- water and electricity consumption 

- clean sheets and towels 

- use of the sauna and all facilities in the cottage 

- general cleaning after your departure 

- tea, sugar, salt, pepper and other foods that are freely available in the kitchen 

- supply of wood for the fireplace and outdoor fireplace

General Terms and Conditions Reservation 


  1. Accommodation reservation is made after crediting 50% of the total amount for accommodation and confirmation of accommodation by the operator. The advance payment is paid without cash based on the payment data sent. 
  2. The guest is obliged to pay the additional payment for the accommodation no later than the day before arrival. In case of early termination or interruption of the stay without fault of the operator, there is no obligation to return the paid price of the stay or its proportional part to the customer. 
  3. Accommodations The beginning of the accommodation is possible on the first day between 14:00 and 23:00. You must leave the building by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of your stay. If the cottage is free, it is possible to arrange other times without extra charge. 
  4. Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation of stay 61 or more days before arrival...................................we charge a 0% fee 

Cancellation of stay 31 - 60 days before arrival ...................................... we charge a 20% fee

Cancellation of stay 15 - 30 days before arrival ...................................... we charge a 50% fee

Cancellation of stay 0 - 14 days before arrival............................................we charge 100% fee
